What Doctors Think of the New Health Care Plan

The American Medical Association has weighed in on President Obama's health care plan:
The Allergists voted to scratch it, but the dermatologists advised not to make any rash moves.

The Gastroenterologists had sort of a gut feeling about it but the Neurologists thought the Administration had a lot of nerve.

The Obstetricians felt they were all laboring under a misconception.

Ophthalmologists considered the idea shortsighted..Pathologists yelled, "Over my dead body!" while the Pediatricians said, 'Oh,Grow up!'

The Psychiatrists thought the whole idea was madness, while the Radiologists could see right through it.

Surgeons decided to wash their hands of the whole thing.

The Internists thought it was a bitter pill to swallow, and the Plastic Surgeons said, "This puts a whole new face on the matter."

The Podiatrists thought it was a step forward, but the Urologists were pissed off at the whole idea.

The Anesthesiologists thought the whole idea was a gas and the Cardiologists didn't have the heart to say no.

In the end, the Proctologists won out, leaving the entire decision up to the bum holes in Washington.

***Note: I cannot take credit for this... I found it on the internet, but it was funny so I thought I'd share.

We should have lived in Beachwood!

This is the Beachwood community pool. Seriously. Yeah, I think we moved into the wrong neighborhood. Usually you can only have the privilege of using this pool if you are a resident of Beachwood City, but since the Thornton Pool closed a week early this year, Beachwood was kind enough to admit Shaker Heights residents this week only. It was awesome!Aaaaand THIS is the kiddie pool. Sweet!
Bryan flipping off the high dive.
Andrew and I had a blast on the water slides! I felt like a little kid again running up the stairs with him to the top of the slides, shivering while we waited for our turn, and then racing side-by-side to the bottom. Then we'd swim, giggling to the edge of the pool and do it again.

Cedar Point

It was so much fun to go to Cedar Point with our good friends, the Weights this year! Noah and Andrew got to ride lots of BIG coasters together. Logan, Summer, and Hannah in Camp Snoopy
Logan and Bryan getting soaked on the Tidal Wave. It rained most of the day, but we had fun anyway.
Hannah was such a good sport - even though she was wet and strapped into the stroller much of the day.
Brigham and Logan on the Bumper Boats.
Logan loved the Skyride! When we were soaring over the park, Logan shouted, "Look! We're flying! We're flying!"
Andrew looks forward to going to Cedar Point every year for the fantastic roller coasters (there are 17)! This year, his favorite was Millennium Force, which has a 300-foot drop and goes 92 MPH! You are so brave, Andrew! Look at this ride:
