A year ago today, Hannah was born - the most precious Valentine's Day present ever! She had a pretty rough start, but she has brought us so much much joy from the second we saw her!
Now look at my beautiful one-year-old! It's amazing to see how much she's changed in such a short time.
We had a little birthday party for Hannah on Friday.
Hannah didn't waste any time diving into her cake. 
I think it's safe to say she liked the cake.
